We plan, create and run your social channels — and wire them to the booking routes, follow-up and CRM that turn attention into actual enquiries.
Social Spark runs social media for small businesses on a systems-first model: strategy, original content and community management connected to a clear enquiry route and CRM follow-up. London-based, working with businesses across London, Kent and Essex, with retainers from £750 a month.
Most social media management is bought and sold as posting: a number of posts per week, on a number of channels, for a monthly fee. Activity goes up, the feed looks healthier — and enquiries barely move. The posts were never the problem.
Posting is the visible part, so it's what gets quoted and what gets bought. But the journey from 'saw your post' to 'booked an appointment' runs through profile, website, booking route and follow-up — and nobody owns that path. When it's broken, better content just delivers more people to the same dead end.
We start from the enquiry and work backwards. What should someone do after seeing your content — book, call, message, visit? Is that route obvious in two taps, and does anything reliably happen when they take it? Then the content plan is built to feed that route: original content that answers real buying questions, posted consistently, with community management that treats DMs and comments as enquiries rather than admin. Where it makes sense, ViralDesk — our CRM and automation platform — handles capture and follow-up, so interest that arrives at 9pm doesn't go cold by morning.
Strategy and content planning
A monthly plan built around what you sell and what customers ask before buying — not a generic content calendar. One primary goal per period, agreed with you.
Original content creation
Content made for your business — written, designed and edited for the channels you're actually on. Volume and format depend on the scope you choose in the pricing calculator.
Posting and community management
Consistent publishing, plus the unglamorous part that wins work: replying to comments and DMs as if they're enquiries, because they are.
Enquiry route and follow-up wiring
Profile, link and booking-route checks, and — where included — ViralDesk capture so every enquiry gets a reliable next step instead of depending on whoever saw it first.
Reporting that tracks enquiries
Reporting built around enquiries, bookings and what they came from — with reach and engagement as context, not the headline.
1. Diagnose
We look at your current content, profile, enquiry route and follow-up before proposing anything. If you want the quick self-serve version first, the Reality Check does this in twelve questions.
2. Scope
Pick a retainer in the pricing calculator — Foundation (£750/mo), Managed (£2,100/mo) or Embedded (£3,995/mo) — or a flat-fee Support Plan from £49/mo if you're keeping execution in-house. Every tier uses a transparent credit system, so you can see exactly what the scope buys.
3. Set up and run
Content plan agreed, systems wired, publishing starts. You get a clear cadence: what's going out, what's coming in, what we're changing next month.
4. Measure and adjust
Monthly review against the goal we set — enquiries, bookings, sales conversations — and the plan adjusts based on what the numbers say, not what the algorithm liked.
Best fit if
Customers check your social profiles before booking or buying — and you don't have time to show up consistently
You're getting engagement (likes, saves, DMs) that never seems to become enquiries
Enquiries arrive across DMs, forms and calls, and follow-up depends on who happens to see them
You want one team handling content, posting and the route to enquiry — not three suppliers who don't talk
Not the best fit if
You want someone to schedule stock posts as cheaply as possible — honest answer: a scheduling tool does that for less
There's nowhere for attention to go yet (no booking route, no working website) — fix that first; our website and funnel work or a Support Plan is the right starting point
You want a promised follower count — follower numbers aren't the goal here, and no honest provider can commit to them

Retainers start at £750/month (Foundation), with Managed at £2,100/month and Embedded at £3,995/month. Each includes a monthly credit allowance spent on the work that matters most that month. If you're running social yourself and just want expert support, flat-fee Support Plans run £49–£199/month. The pricing calculator shows exactly what any scope includes.
Which platforms do you manage?
The ones your customers actually use to decide — typically Instagram and Facebook for local service businesses, with TikTok where short-form video fits the audience. We'd rather run two channels properly than four channels thinly, and we'll tell you which we think those are and why.
Do you reply to comments and messages, or just post?
Community management is part of the work — comments and DMs are where enquiries start, so they're treated as enquiries. Depending on scope, ViralDesk can also capture and route conversations so nothing sits unanswered overnight.
How quickly will we see results?
Honestly: consistency compounds, it doesn't spike. Expect the first weeks to be about fixing the enquiry route and building rhythm, with enquiry movement typically following over the first few months. Anyone promising page-one virality in a fortnight is selling you activity, not results.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes — we're London-based and work with businesses across Kent and Essex as well as the rest of the UK. Most of the work runs remotely with a clear monthly cadence; see the dedicated pages for how we work in each area.
Start with a conversation — we'll tell you honestly whether this is your bottleneck, and what we'd fix first if it is.
